TES Affiliate Conference is Europe's leading performance-marketing event, held twice a year: September in Prague and March in Spain (Seville / Marbella). What is the TES Affiliate Conference?
TES brings together affiliates, advertisers, media buyers, publishers and content creators working in affiliate marketing, AI and performance marketing. Point-blank, the goal is to bring the brightest minds in the industry to one venue for four days and let deals happen.
It sits at the top of our list of affiliate conferences for networking, and in my book it is a must-attend if you want to meet the people who actually move traffic and budgets in this industry.
Why should you attend?
Networking is the main reason I go. Most of the people and companies that matter in performance marketing are there, or at least sent a representative. In the weeks before the event, my feeds fill up with companies announcing their booth number and asking to book meetings.
You connect through structured networking (the Meet Market, speed networking, scheduled meetings) and informal ones (drinks, dinners, parties). Even if you are an introvert, attendees are open and friendly, and the vibe is relaxed.
Conference agenda
The full agenda is on the conference website. The format mixes networking blocks, meetings, drinks, and seminars, which is why TES works so well.
- Friday, September 25 – pre-registration and badge pickup, followed by the early-bird happy hour. Pick up your badge on Friday to skip the queue on day one.
- Saturday, September 26 – Meet Market day: tables of networks, advertisers and traffic sources in one hall. This is where you line up a week of deals in an afternoon.
- Sunday, September 27 – expo opens and the seminar tracks start. Sessions run in parallel and are not recorded, so pick yours in advance.
- Monday, September 28 – final day: more seminars, networking events and meetups.
On a tight schedule? Do at least Saturday and Sunday for maximum networking and knowledge.
Speakers
The speakers page lists every speaker, their track, and a short abstract, so plan which sessions to attend. Because the tracks are not recorded, speakers tend to share more with the room than they would on a webinar. You can catch them after the session, in the app, or at the side events.

Drinks, the Meet Market, the expo floor, sponsored lunches, day and night bars, and the official parties are all included in the ticket. Be warned: networking areas get loud and crowded at peak times.
Networking app
TES runs the agenda, announcements, and attendee messaging through its event app [VERIFY: still Whova?]. Install it before you fly: you can browse attendees, speakers and exhibitors, request meetings and pitch your services before, during and after the conference.
Exhibitors & partners
Exhibitors cover affiliate networks, ad networks, AI tools, banking and payments, CPA networks, crypto, digital agencies, domains, hosting and SEO. Many more companies attend without a booth, so use the app to book meetings with the people you want to do business with.
Ticket pricing

Every ticket includes the expo, Meet Market, seminars, speed networking, sponsored welcome drinks and lunches, day and night bars, refreshments, the networking app and all official parties.
My previous TES experience
TES Prague 2023 was my first TES. I was blown away by the networking: several hundred people talking, networking, and doing business at the same time, all with a friendly, positive attitude. Besides the official events, there were plenty of side events, from drinks and parties to massages, so it was the right mix of business and leisure.
I came home with over 100 business cards and Telegram contacts. Budget a few days after the event to go through them and separate the real partners from the small talk.

How to make the most of your presence
Five things I learned from attending a lot of digital marketing conferences:
- Set your goals. Network, learn, sign new partners or meet existing ones. Pick one or two and focus.
- Book your key meetings in advance. The app shows attendees, speakers and exhibitors. The floor gets chaotic; unbooked meetings don't happen.
- Bring the right attitude. Cheerful, open and ready to learn beats everything else.
- Pick your tracks. Sessions overlap. If you come with a team, split them up to cover more.
- Follow up fast. Start within days. After a week people forget who you were or have already signed elsewhere.
