Registration day — 6 December 2023
Registration day ran on 6 December at the Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Center, open between 15:00 and 20:00, so attendees could collect badges and avoid extra queues. The expo area was also open from 16:00 to 20:00 — a good moment to salute the people from companies you work with or plan to work with.
First time at AWA?
Join the First-Timers' Affiliate Meetup, open exclusively to first-time AW attendees. It helps you make the most of the event and build new connections before the conference begins. The organizers facilitate networking to expand your circle with other first-timers and meet others in the same boat as you.
Day 1 — 7 December 2023
If you hadn't collected your badge the previous day, you could still do so any time between 08:00 and 17:30.
The first day kicked off at 11:00 with a session on highlights from AW Europe 2023. It continued with the first speech, "5 Simple Tests That Will 10X Your VSL Revenue: Creative Hooks, Sales Page Optimization, and Pricing Tactics" by Marisha Lakhiani from Mindvalley.
The day also had networking events like the Meta Ads Mixer, the Search Arbitrage Mixer, and a happy hour.
Day 2 — 8 December 2023
The second day began at 11:30 with "Power Your Business With Google Insights on Full-Funnel Performance Marketing" by Ruchita Taneja Aggarwal from Google, followed by a series of presentations from Andi Neunhäuserer, Nadim Kuttab, and Roman Khan. The day also featured key speeches on TikTok advertising.
Affiliates also had access to networking events such as the Native Ads Mixer, Google Ads Mixer, TikTok Ads Mixer, and happy hour.
Networking events
Alongside the conference, attendees get social activities and networking events including happy hours, rooftop sunsets, and an active industry nightlife scene. The conference also hosts a series of parties, giving attendees opportunities to network and unwind after a full day of learning and engagement.

Affiliate World hosts an official networking event, plus targeted networking mixers on both days. All networking events are held at locations within the conference venue and are open to all attendees. They appear in the official app and the schedule.

Ticket Pricing
There are two conference access tickets: Affiliate and Company.
The details and differences of each ticket option:
- Affiliate — the general admission ticket, best suited for solo marketers. It provides access to all key components of the conference, including the marketplace, speeches, panels, and networking sessions.
- Company — general admission for affiliate managers and representatives of an affiliate network, advertiser, traffic source, or agency. It gives access similar to the Affiliate ticket, and additionally identifies your company: your name, logo, and description are featured on the Featured Companies page, and your logo is printed directly on your badge.

All tickets include two days of conference access. You can order tickets and assign names later through the attendee or company portal, and reassign a ticket up to 48 hours before the show.
You can also request an invitation letter through your portal to confirm your attendance, though they require you to pay for the tickets before generating one.
Guide: How to Make the Most of Your Presence
Here are five tips I've learned from attending numerous digital marketing conferences. Worth applying at any Affiliate World edition:
- Set the goals you want to reach. Do you want to network, learn, establish new partnerships, or meet existing partners? Have a goal or two and focus on reaching them.
- Plan your important meetings in advance. Use the app to see the list of attendees, speakers, and exhibitors, and contact them to set an appointment. Things get chaotic during the conference, so you'll miss a lot if you don't arrange meetings beforehand.
- Be cheerful and willing to learn. Attitude is critical and makes a vast difference to the outcome. Be glad to meet new people and ready to learn.
- Select which tracks you don't want to miss. Once the track list is out, pick the sessions you can't skip, especially those running in parallel. If you're there with a team, split up to cover as much as possible.
- Follow up soon. Start the follow-ups a few days after the event. Otherwise people forget who you are, or commit to other partnerships. Early follow-up maximizes the outcome.
