You Agree:

Through your use of this service, that you will not use this Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, obnoxious, indecent, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, pornographic, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

Conditions of Participation:

You may use TGF and its services only if you are 18 years of age or older and are of the age of consent in your jurisdiction.
You do not engage in any conduct that will impair or interfere with the functioning of TGF and its services.
You understand and agree that your access to TGF may be terminated if you fail to comply with the Terms & Rules of TGF, and further, we reserve the right to terminate any user's access to TGF and its services for any reason or no reason at all, at the sole discretion of TGF, without any prior notice.

Modification and/or Termination:

Top Gold Forum reserves the right, at any time, to change or modify or terminate, at its sole discretion, any services made available by its websites. Your use of Top Gold Forum constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms & Rules as changed.

Agreement:

These terms of agreement and our Privacy Policy embody the entire understanding between the parties with respect to Top Gold Forum websites and supersede any and all prior representations and agreements, if any, oral or written, with respect to Top Gold Forum's websites and services.
We are not here to provide investment advice. We provide information and discussion.

Content Disclaimer:

Top Gold Forum does not guarantee any information available through TGF, whether first party, second party or third party, including any links, to be complete, accurate, reliable or appropriate for your needs.
You agree TGF will not be held responsible for any financial transactions or other activities that occur on any website you access through links on TGF.
These are solely your decisions.

You also agree that TGF has the right, not obligation, to monitor and remove content from any site for any reason, as well as the right to review content before it is posted and to refuse to allow content to be posted, at TGF's discretion.

Paid Upgrades and Services:

All purchases of upgrades, memberships, premium features, or any other paid services on TGF (“Upgrades”) are final. Because Upgrades are digital services that are activated immediately upon payment, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no credit or partial refund will be issued for unused time or for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, reduced usage, or account suspension or termination.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for an Upgrade you have received. TGF reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who does so, and to contest any such dispute using records of the purchase and your acceptance of these terms.

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms & Rules, you forfeit any Upgrades and are not entitled to a refund. TGF may change the price, features, or availability of Upgrades at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

Advertising:

All advertising purchases on TGF, including banners, sponsored posts, sponsored threads, featured listings, and any other promotional placements (“Advertising”), are final and non-refundable once payment is made. Advertising is sold as a placement only. TGF makes no guarantee of any level of views, clicks, traffic, sign-ups, sales, or other results.

TGF reserves the right to review, reject, edit, or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion, including advertisements that violate these Terms & Rules, applicable law, or the standards of the community. If an advertisement is rejected or removed for such a reason, no refund will be issued, but a replacement or change could be discussed. The advertiser is solely responsible for the content of its advertisements and for the products, services, and websites it promotes, and agrees that TGF is not responsible for any transactions between the advertiser and any user.

Chargebacks and payment disputes on Advertising purchases are prohibited and may result in removal of all advertisements and a permanent ban from TGF.

Disclaimer Of Warranties And Limitation Of Liability:

You agree that neither Top Gold Forum, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, moderators, administrators, agents or representatives, nor any of the Data Providers, and it's services thereof shall have any liability, contingent or otherwise, for any lack of truthfulness, accuracy or timeliness of Top Gold Forum; or any decision made, action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon such information on Top Gold Forum and it's services; or for any harm or injury resulting from any interruption or delay of any data, information or any other aspect of Top Gold Forum; or for any harm or injury resulting from any unsafe, illegal, defective or otherwise inappropriate or objectionable aspect of any information made available through Top Gold Forum and it's services

Disclaimer Of Right To Sue:

You release Top Gold Forum, including its officers, directors, employees, contractors, moderators, administrators, or any other agents, from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute with any user of Top Gold Forum or it's services, or arising in any way from content posted to Top Gold Forum by any second or third party.

Assignment:

These terms of agreement shall not be assigned by you, either in whole or in part. Top Gold Forum reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under these Terms & Rules.

Your Consent:

By using Top Gold Forum or its services, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these terms of agreement in the Terms & Rules of Top Gold Forum.
