High leverage brings plenty of risks and as a rule rookies who have decided to use high leverages, often dump their deposits. It's just a sad statistics, however it teaches traders a lot. In my opinion, traders have to stay off leverage trading until they gain enough experience and start to understand how leverages work. The most part of traders don't know. They think that leverages just multiple your deposit and help you to get more money. Literally, it's like that, but it also has a mechanics, which have to be learnt in order to diminish the frequency of cases when you lose money.

When I started trading, I also used a demo account. I tried to prepare well for trading to make it safe. To start with, I studied the theory, watched video lessons and webinars. There were quite a few free courses on various assets on the Internet. I found a broker with a demo account. A demo account allows me to trade with virtual money (that is, I do not risk my capital) in conditions close to real money. A demo account gives access to trading with a slight delay in changes in quotations. Such training also helped me to get accustomed to the software. When I felt confident enough I opened a real account, but I did not deposit all capital, but 30-40% of it. This way I additionally protected myself from losses due to trading errors.

That's a real truth. There is no luck in trading activity and I can't understand those traders, especially novices, who came to trading with a strong prejudice that they can earn money due to luck. Trader should never rely on luck, because it turns trading activity into gambling, while it's totally not a gambling. The main distinguishing trait between tradding and gambling is that gambling always implies luck. You don't need knowledge, skills and experience, anything you need is luck. Otherwise, trading is based on knowledge, analytical abilities, skills and experience. So, never rely on luck, beginners should know it too.

Well, I simply wanted to register a demo here. And I was offered to use MetaTrader as one of the platform options. I refused it by the way :) The original platform is something I really liked when I read some of Olymp Trade’s reviews. It’s plain, it’s got MOST IMPORTANT indicators, its easy to switch between option and forex. But I do beileve some of their clients will appreciate the innovations like you did :)

You know, this is really funny, but look like Olymp’s marketing team is watching our conversation. Did you know they’ve added MetaTrader support in the least of their constantly expanding features?

I’m not that sure about exotics, but my set of simple indicators like moving averages and MACD help me remove emotional aspect from trading. I definitely can “read” charts as they are like you do, I can identify trends, see levels of support and resistance a you say, but without indicators I feel helpless in decision making. This wasn’t like that from the very beginning. In the beginning I considered myself to be a great naked trader and chart-reader as well. The problems started when I moved to trading live money and get consistently profitable. This is when I realized I need some help from the side to be making sound and most importantly decisions. Without indicators its rather easy to see that i.e market is going up. But when exactly it’s time to go long? When it’s time to fix the profit, where should be the stop loss, where is target? People may laugh about moving averages intersections as long as they want to, but as long as they help traders make decisions without draining their brains - people will keep using those.

Taking care of professional traders and their needs is indeed a good path for any brokerage to choose. I don’t think that nowadays brokers can compete by a mere lowering of spreads and commissions. This is is a straight path to the hell of unprofessional attitude to the quality of service, cause you can’t keep lowering commissions leaving the high quality of service simultaneously. So in case Olymp really stakes on widening the scope of services they provide, maximizing the number of assets and improving the quality of connection and executions - this is what can really make the company compatible among other brokerages.

Its really hard to open two options simultaneously manually. This is when pending-by-time orders can help indeed. Good point! So how is it going so far on demo account?

Once you’ve explained one of the possible strategies, new ideas on how to use these time-based orders started raising in my mind.

Ahahah, yes! Exactly! First I was thinking that this can somehow relate to economic news releases. But economic news are unpredictable, which makes no sense guessing about the price direction at this certain time particularly. There must be some other explanation of these time-based orders.

Did you find out how to apply these pending orders for Olymp’s options trading? I don’t think these orders were invented for no reason, but I’m a bit confused here. I can more or less understand how to apply pending order by price, but what is the use of time-based pending orders?

Learning plays an important role in our lives. But one theory cannot make you a millionaire. You have to train, experiment and practice. If you apply only what is written in books, then you cannot become successful. Look for your strategy, your trading style and then you will succeed.

Yes, why not ? Today basically every broker do offer such capabilities, but they really do not offer that much than cryptoexchanges probably or I still do not know that topic in full anyway. What do you say ? Sounds good ? I do not see that at all.

That's a good question to ask cause you don't really have that much SEO traffic it seems, I have found you via online database of online marketing forums, money making forums and so on. So from some refferal list and that's it, no other way for sure.

Very true. A good forex broker should offer demo trading accounts to enable new traders to familiarise with the real thing. Demo experience can't exactly be similar to a real account because one uses real money and the other uses virtual money. Avoid huge bonuses as much as you can, they are traps

Different people apply different risk maagement strategies in their trading activities. This depends on your trading strategy, what you trade and how you trade, so you should not rely on another person's strategy. You should never trade without a stop loss or risk more than you can afford to lose

Russian here;) So what type of exchanges you promote on English markets, do you work with their currencies or only Yandex Dengi and Webmoney and some bank and cash ? I mean like Payoneer or Skrill or something else ? Maybe even Paypal;)
