If, Hyip's issue is resolved, maybe consider this thread to get closed. Hyip, if you have not yet fix the problem, I think the problem is in your internet service provider. They must have blocked you from opening the website. Or maybe it is just a network problem. I hope you can access the website now.

I think there is no problem with LibertyReserve sites. I don't know if there is problem when HYIP accessed it, but usually if there is some update or maintenance, it will take a day at most. I can access the websites now, if Hyip can't access it, so I believed that he used wrong url.
