And they trade in a high lot by taking big leverage. As a result they fall a great loss and sometimes lost almost their whole balance. In my trading life I always prefer to trade in a small leverage, although I got a high leverage from my trading platform GCI financial. This trading platform supplied me 1:400 leverage to trade. Actually it is possible to me to trade in a high lot due to having a high leverage but, for avoiding risk I never use it at all. Because, by using high leverage my balance can go down a huge loss. Because, the quality of a Forex broker depends on their trading facilities and securities. Capital security is very important question for traders. For example, if your trading account conditions stipulate 2% margin required to trade, this means that to trade the lot size of $100 000 you must have 2% of this amount ($2 000) funded on your trading account. From my first day of trading I at all times like to trade in a small leverage for avoiding risk although I am getting 1:400 leverage from my trading platform MxTrade. But, when I am able to predict the real faction of this market with certainly, then I take high leverage for making profit very rapidly. Shafiek Abrahams Posted May 23, 2015 Report Share Posted May 23, 2015 In my view it’s not really a choice with leverage, if we don’t use leverage wisely then we will never be able to succeed and it’s not like we will survive with misuse of leverage, it will simply blow off our account, so that’s why I really prefer using higher leverage, so I can get decent results, I am using 1.500 with OctaFX broker, it’s a fabulous leverage to be having and does a great job to make us successful in this giant field.
