bill colton Posted 53 minutes ago Posted 53 minutes ago Gold is a highly popular commodity to trade. However, Gold prices aren't random. They are driven by interest rates, USD, inflation figures, and uncertainty around geopolitics. When trading XAUUSD CFDs I like to understand more than just the technical setup. Before placing a trade, I look at the economic calendar to see what the key support/resistance levels are and any coming US economic data to see how it might cause volatility. It's also important to manage your risk. CFDs allow you to gain exposure to gold price movements, however they come with leveraged risk. Consider how much you are risking on your trades and where you will place stop loss orders. Execution costs are something to consider. For example Bitget CFD allow you to have 4 different account types to choose from. Standard+, ECN, Zero-Fee & Pro. It's important to compare the spread, commission and conditions. What factors do you look at most when trading Gold CFDs? Technical Analysis, Economic news or USD?
