We have recently released GoldMaster v3, an updated version of our automated Gold trading Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4.

GoldMaster v3 is designed for XAUUSD on the M5 timeframe, combining multiple technical indicators to identify potential trading opportunities in the direction of the prevailing market trend.
 

How Does GoldMaster v3 Work?

The EA uses a multi-confirmation strategy rather than relying on a single indicator.

1. Moving Average Analysis
Five moving averages help identify the overall market direction and confirm whether the current price supports a BUY or SELL setup.

2. Parabolic SAR & MACD
These indicators provide additional confirmation of price direction and momentum before opening a position.

3. Higher-Timeframe Trend Filter
GoldMaster checks the broader market trend using a higher-timeframe moving average, helping align entries with the prevailing direction.

4. Stochastic + RSI Confirmation
A combined Stochastic and RSI calculation provides additional trade confirmation and supports exit decisions.

5. ADX Trend Strength Filter – Updated in v3
The latest version includes an ADX filter to evaluate trend strength and directional movement.
This filter helps avoid some trades during weak or unsuitable market conditions.
