The card is issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, so it runs on a tier-1 US BIN rather than an obscure EMI - same sponsor behind a lot of major US fintech card programs. On the freeze concern: there's no deposit account on our side that could be frozen in the bank sense - you hold a card balance, not a deposit. A card itself can be paused under program rules (chargeback abuse, prohibited-merchant patterns), but that's a different category from funds being locked up the way it sometimes happens at neobanks.
