Hey guys, I’m looking for insights from those who work with Telegram channels in the sports niche. I'm thinking about getting into football accumulator bets — either through affiliate arbitrage or by developing my own channel. But I’m still not fully sure how viable this model is. Is there demand for it? What does the sales funnel look like? How do you retain the target audience, and which content formats work best?

If anyone has experience or useful resources on the topic, I’d really appreciate it if you could share. I'm primarily interested in Telegram and its connection with accumulator bets.

Yes, there's definitely demand! Focus on trust, sharp copy, and regular odds updates to build and retain your audience.

I’ve been messing around with Telegram channels for a while now and decided to try monetizing some sports traffic with accumulator bets.

At first it was just sharing my own bets for fun, but once I hit a decent following I started promoting a few trusted bookies through affiliate links. The accumulators actually perform pretty well because people love the big payout potential.

It’s not crazy money yet, but I’m pulling in a few hundred bucks a month in commissions on a niche football channel. Traffic converts better than I expected, especially when you post consistently and build some trust. Anyone else doing this? How’s it working for you?

Come vi trovate?

I've tested a few Telegram niches over the past couple of years, and I think sports can work, but it's a lot more competitive than it looks. The biggest mistake I see is channels focusing only on posting picks. People quickly lose interest if every post is just another accumulator. What helped me grow engagement was mixing predictions with match analysis, team news, injury updates and occasional post-match reviews explaining why a bet won or lost. Even when results aren't perfect, transparency builds credibility. Retention is much easier when subscribers feel they're learning something instead of being sold a "winning system." I also wouldn't rely on a single affiliate offer. Testing different partners and tracking which campaigns convert best makes a noticeable difference over time. In the long run, an engaged audience is far more valuable than chasing quick commissions.
