As per my view Demo is the best of the best option for beginner level trader. Though it is as like as a poker game but really effective to acquire knowledge about Forex market. So if you want to trade demo for few month then I think FreshForex terminal will be quite good cause their terminal is very easy to understand and totally free of jumbling.

I think both are good for beginner. But using demo account will give them experience and it will be a mentor for beginners. Demo account is good for new trader. And we should use demo account as well as possible. Try to learn from video tutorial too

Demo account is useful for beginners.they must work in demo account.they can learn the basics of trading by working in demo account.demo have some difference for us because it is only supposed and traders get emotional while trading in real account.they should start real trading with small capital after some demo practice.
