N00b Question For Starting Out....

i am looking to spend an hour or so a day on the markets, and only looking to make about £10 for each hour on average (idealistically).

i want to trade in online gold (not the real physical stuff).......and do tiny trades.

any pointers in the right direction would be gratefully received, such as a glossary of terms. urls, and ebooks.
