I am planning to move a website from shared hosting to a VPS and I am currently comparing different VPS hosting options in India.

I want to understand which factors are most important before choosing a VPS. Should I focus more on CPU and RAM, NVMe storage, server location, uptime, or technical support?

For a website targeting visitors mainly from India, does choosing a VPS located in India make a noticeable difference in loading speed and latency?

I would also like to know how much RAM and CPU are generally sufficient for a WordPress website with moderate traffic. Scalability is another factor I am considering because the website may grow over time.
