How to redirect country traffic? Need Help

Hello,

I'm making my first steps in affiliate marketing and I'm wondering what should I do with the traffic that is not converting on an offer. So I signed up for a couple of CPA/Affiliate marketing networks. I see that most of the offers are targeting only specific countries.

When I purchase traffic I get generalist one so I'm wondering what I should do with the traffic that's not compatible with the offer.
