Is anyone else noticing the shift in CEX user engagement lately? ‎ ‎

I have been watching how different exchanges are trying to retain users this year. Most just throw trading competitions at you, but I noticed BingX is taking a more feedback heavy approach.

‎They just launched a spot trading survey specifically asking about asset maintenance notifications and UI flow. It’s an interesting move actually asking for user pain points instead of just adding more leverage pairs.

‎I filled it out since they’re offering 50 USDT to 10 random participants who provide feedback ends Jan 25. It’s a low effort way to get your thoughts in the mix if you use the platform. They also have their 2026 recap Spotlight running which is a decent look at how AI is being used for trading analytics now.

‎What do you guys think? Is this genuine interest in UX, or just another way to gather data for their next feature rollout?
