  1. Gold has pulled back as stronger inflation concerns and expectations of higher interest rates have supported the US dollar, reducing demand for non-yielding assets in the short term. That said, central banks continue adding to their gold reserves, suggesting long-term confidence in the metal remains intact despite recent volatility. For me, this looks like a market to watch rather than chase. If rate expectations ease, gold could regain momentum, but for now I'm staying patient and letting price action lead the way.

  2. Personally, I've always found it strange when money becomes part of the conversation about representing your country. Wearing your national team's shirt is one of the greatest honors in football—something many players dream of their entire lives. Can that kind of privilege really have a price? Should national team players negotiate bonuses, or is representing your country already the ultimate reward?

  4. That’s an interesting perspective. Representing your country is undoubtedly one of the highest honors a footballer can achieve, but players also dedicate years of their careers and make significant sacrifices to reach that level. I think the real challenge is finding a fair balance between the pride of representing your nation and appropriately recognizing the players’ professional commitment.

  6. I completely agree. Playing for your country is an honor most players dream of, and it shouldn't be treated like a business deal. That said, football is also a profession, and players risk injuries that can affect their club careers. I think there's a middle ground - the privilege of representing your country should come first, but reasonable compensation for lost wages or insurance isn't entirely unreasonable either.
