Budget VPS for Personal Blog?

Hi, I just started a WordPress blog and don’t have much experience with servers. I don’t expect heavy traffic anytime soon. I’m looking for something simple like 1 vCPU, 2GB RAM, and around 30–50GB SSD. Budget is tight, around $5–$10/month. Location doesn’t matter much, but EU would be nice. Is Digitalcloud.pro vps reliable? Would appreciate recommendations that are easy to use.

Have an look at VPS deals from time-tested companies - inet.ws and operavps.com. 

Their service and prices are good, plus my websites are also running well and fast. For me, they are very good hosting sites for low budget guy like me.
