Which plan (planethoster.com or justvps.pro) is better to sign up with? 

I plan to host a blog. Any ideas?

It depends on whether the blog has a solid commercial value and what market it targets.

If it has a solid commercial value you may do better with at least a VPS / up-time guarantee.
Servers should be close to the main GEO that you plan to serve.

Make sure the host doesn't oversell their services (many do)

And always check the fine-print - for recurring or hidden fees.

How hard will it be to cancel if you're not satisfied with the service.
