unresolved CPABuild Not Honest cheat the users and stealing their work & Leads

I worked with CPABuild for 3 or 4 months I Tested some methods for this network and i get engaged Traffic and Clicks for my landing page one of them 3700 clicks and just 4 leads 

I talk with Adam an admin in this network and ask him if they are scam advertising in their network hi blocked me with 179$ on my account balance i mailed the company but they don't response me for today this have 2 weeks ago

@Aerostn was this issue resolved? If not, I will contact CPABuild and I will try to mediate and resolve the issue.
