I first try to collect the quality list of leads and companies that I would like to cooperate with and then I create message where I describe what am i doing, how my site could help them increase the business and get more clicks on the offer, how they could gain from out mutual cooperation, and so on. The important thing is to highlight only useful and important part and to explain why you could be useful for someone.

I know this conversation has cooled off, but one thing that’s helped me is sending simple “value emails” before promoting anything. I share quick tips or free tools for a few days, then introduce an offer that fits the topic. My open rates went up a lot once I did that. Has anyone here tested short email sequences vs longer ones for warming up new subscribers?

I usually warm up new lists with simple, personal emails before sending any promos, since people open those more. Keeping things clean helps a ton, and using an email deliverability platform made a big difference for me because my emails stopped landing in spam. Once my open rates improved, I could send short stories, quick tips, and soft offers without annoying folks or getting buried in the inbox.

I would suggest you to focus on building a quality email list, send a few value-packed emails first to warm up subscribers, then introduce relevant affiliate offers. Keep emails short, personal, and clean to improve open rates and avoid spam.

Honestly, I keep it simple. I don’t spam or buy lists—those never convert anyway. I just offer a free cheat sheet or checklist related to whatever I’m promoting, and people get it in exchange for their email. Then I send a quick welcome sequence, maybe 3-4 emails over a week, sharing real tips and one affiliate link at the end. No hard sell. After that, I drop into their inbox once a week with something useful. The money’s in the follow-up, not the first email. Took me a while to learn that. Just be helpful, not pushy.
