irfanpak10 Posted July 6 Posted July 6 Worth clarifying for anyone comparing us to bridge protocols: CCE Cash isn't a bridge. We don't mint wrapped assets, you send one native asset, you receive a different native asset directly. No wrapped-token contract sitting in the middle, no associated peg risk. cce.cash/exchange
irfanpak10 Posted July 7 Posted July 7 Non-custodial is doing a lot of work in our name and it's worth being specific about what it means here: we never hold a balance for any user. Every swap is a single self-contained transaction from your wallet to the destination address. cce.cash/faq
irfanpak10 Posted July 8 Posted July 8 Compiling answers to the most repeated questions from this thread: no account ever required, order tracking via inquiry code, expired orders can continue at floating rate or get refunded, and KYC only applies to flagged transactions. Full list: cce.cash/faq
irfanpak10 Posted July 9 Posted July 9 For anyone in this thread who hasn't tried it yet — your first swap takes about 3 steps: choose assets and rate, send your deposit to the generated address, receive after confirmations. No account needed at any point. cce.cash/exchange
irfanpak10 Posted July 10 Posted July 10 Sharing the thinking behind our design for anyone curious: we started from what a swap actually needs (two wallets, a conversion) rather than what a typical exchange assumes it needs (an account, a login, ID upfront). Cut what wasn't necessary, kept what was. cce.cash/faq
irfanpak10 Posted July 11 Posted July 11 For anyone who hasn't tried Deep Exchange yet: you can send a single deposit and split the output across up to 5 receiving addresses, across different assets if you want, with your own percentage split (must total 100%). Same rate options and non-custodial model as a regular exchange. cce.cash/exchange
irfanpak10 Posted Sunday at 01:45 PM Posted Sunday at 01:45 PM Quick clarification for anyone asking about rates in this thread: - Fixed Rate: locked for 10 minutes from order creation. Send the exact amount within that window and your output is guaranteed regardless of market movement. - Floating Rate: final rate is set once your transaction receives the required confirmations. Amount received can move with the market. If a fixed-rate deposit arrives late or doesn't match the order amount, you'll be offered a refund or the option to continue at the floating rate. FAQ: cce.cash/faq
irfanpak10 Posted Tuesday at 05:52 PM Posted Tuesday at 05:52 PM To be fully transparent about this process for the thread: a flagged transaction gets paused, you have 3 days to verify via SumSub, and if you decline, you're refunded minus the network fee. False documents or high-risk cases can result in a blacklisted address. cce.cash/faq
irfanpak10 Posted Wednesday at 10:37 AM Posted Wednesday at 10:37 AM Wanted to be direct about this for the thread: we deliberately don't run a custodial balance system. Every custodial pool is a target, removing it removes that risk category entirely. Every exchange uses a single-use deposit address scoped to that transaction, never a standing account balance we control. cce.cash/faq
irfanpak10 Posted yesterday at 01:46 PM Posted yesterday at 01:46 PM To add to the fixed/floating discussion here with some concrete scenarios: need an exact output amount → Fixed Rate. Network congested and no rush → Floating avoids the 10-minute pressure. Think the market's about to move in your favor → Floating lets you capture it. cce.cash/faq
