Dhangotay Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Been diving deeper into the Web3 space lately, and honestly… it’s more than just NFTs and DeFi buzz. The core idea behind Web3 is ownership and control, something Web2 never really gave us. In Web2, we’re the product. In Web3, we’re the participant. Here’s what makes Web3 stand out to me: You own your data, no more handing it over to big tech. Everything is transparent, transactions, governance, rules. It’s all on-chain. Better security, decentralization reduces single points of failure. Borderless access, anyone, anywhere, can plug in and contribute. Sure, it’s still rough around the edges (UX can be painful), but the direction feels right. Question to the community: Do you really believe decentralization will make the internet more secure and fair? Or is it just shifting power to a different crowd? Curious to hear your take
