What’s Your Go-To Crypto During Trading Competitions?

Although I’ve been trading for over four years mostly in high-risk futures and degen plays, I’ve never actually participated in a trading competition... until now. With all the buzz around KCGI 2025 trending on X, I’m seriously considering jumping in to test my skills.

That said, I’ve heard mixed opinions. Some traders claim these competitions aren’t always fair, especially with bots sometimes in the mix. But assuming it's a level playing field this time, I’ve got a question for the experienced competition traders out there: Which crypto assets do you usually trade during competitions to maximize daily gains?
Are there any tokens that tend to be more predictable like $BTC or $ETH, that offer decent volatility without being completely erratic? Would love to hear your strategies or asset picks!
