Zeekiel Posted July 7 Posted July 7 The U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF market experienced a notable slowdown in weekly inflows recently, signaling a tempered investor appetite influenced by broader macroeconomic factors. According to data from SoSoValue, these 12 spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a total of $769.6 million in net inflows over the past week. This represents a significant 65% drop compared to the prior week's robust $2.22 billion, with fading Federal Reserve rate cut hopes and the newly passed budget bill cited as key contributors to this shift in sentiment. Breaking down the weekly performance, the period began with $102.14 million in net inflows on Monday but saw a substantial $342.25 million in outflows by Tuesday. However, momentum reversed midweek, with a strong rebound of $407.78 million in inflows on Wednesday and a robust $601.94 million on Thursday, marking the highest single-day inflow since May. Among individual issuers, BlackRock's IBIT led the pack with $336.8 million in weekly inflows, followed by Fidelity's FBTC ($248.4 million) and ARK 21Shares' ARKB ($160 million). These positive flows were partially offset by $84.9 million in net outflows from Grayscale’s legacy GBTC.
