How do your survive the volatility in Crypto?

I'm sure this is not new to you, because I know that most people have seen first hand how volatile the crypto market can be. 
It's not necessarily a bad thing, at least for those that have a good understanding of how the market works, there are so many people taking advantages of the volatility to trade. 

What makes it better, are promotions or events like the Solana Party that gives you extra SOL for spot and futures which is seperate from what you already get from trading. 

I'm not saying this takes away the risk, but the point is it gives you the opportunity to spin something that's not very positive to your advantage, and the good thing for events like the one I mentioned you can even get rewarded for depositing on Bitget, that's if trading is not your thing. 

Like most things, crypto has it's downside, but even with that, you can take advantage of some of them and profit off that.
