What's a permanent solution to the issues with Layer1 networks?

I think at this point, every one of us in our time engaging with crypto must have had issues with transaction speed, high fees or even security issues, especially when it comes to layer 1 networks.

 

Despite how common these issues are, we only have a few projects that are really looking to solve them, a lot of the others that promise to do so, usually underperform.

 

A few people have mentioned Zircuit, especially on Reddit, apparently it's doing good work with scalability, security, and even cost effectiveness, but this just proves my point, that's only one example. There should be more.

 

Although to be fair, I think a lot of the exposure that Zircuit is getting is because of the launchpool on Bitget that lets you lock BGB for more Zircuit tokens.
