What platform works best for creating NFTs

For a while now, I've wanted to create my own NFTs, and not neccessarily for monetary reasons but as a way of contributing to the ecosystem, of course I don't mind making money off it. 

But I've noticed that for a lot of creators, launching these projects can be difficult mostly because of "technical" and "promotional" challenges. At least that's what a lot of them say when I ask. 

Some of them also recommended platforms like Magic Eden (ME) apparently  they have a launchpad offers tools, and even legal compliance checks, making it easier to mint and market NFTs.

I'd like to know if anyone here has used this or something similar, and if there's anything I should know before I proceed.
