HAMSTER has already been deposited to exchange and the listing tomorrow, whereas CATS has opened withdrawal to only Bitget for now, Bybit and OKX will be unlocked in 12 hours I'm not sure why it's Bitget before the rest, but 12 hours isn't a long time anyway.
