John Bell
Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly informed Manchester United that he wants to leave the club this summer. The 37-year-old is said to be frustrated at the Red Devils' lack of ambition and wants to play in the Champions League next season. A number of clubs have been linked with a move for Ronaldo, including Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Atletico Madrid. Chelsea are in the market for a new striker following the departures of Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner. Ronaldo would be a marquee signing for the Blues and could help them challenge for the Premier League title. Bayern Munich are also looking for a new striker, with Robert Lewandowski having recently moved to Barcelona. Ronaldo would be a great fit for the Bavarians' attacking style and could help them win their 11th consecutive Bundesliga title. Atletico Madrid are another potential destination for Ronaldo. The Spanish club's manager, Diego Simeone, is a big admirer of the player and has tried to sign him in the past. Ronaldo would add goals and experience to Atletico's squad and could help them challenge for La Liga title.
