What is your experience with pre-market trading?

I recently discovered pre-market trading which allows you to trade a crypto before the official listing. It sounds cool as one stays ahead of the market and can set their desired prices. Bitget has been at the top making Cryptos available at the pre-market platform. $LISTA is the new addition as people look forward to the listing. What are your views on this feature and do you plan to use it in your crypto trading journey?
