megamind
I've been looking into the Gaimin project and there's some fascinating stuff going on. They're going beyond just pushing their own token and trying to solve the problem of powerful gaming PCs sitting idle for a lot of the time. Imagine turning your gaming setup into a way to earn money without actively doing anything. Sure, this isn't the only project doing this, but they seem to be gaining traction with a huge user base already. They're also bridging the gap between traditional (web2) and web3 games, even talking about in-game marketplaces where NFTs actually represent true ownership. This could be a gentle introduction to web3 for a lot of regular gamers. What's really interesting is their long-term goal of creating a decentralised supercomputer built from all these connected gaming rigs. Think about people who received the airdrop and want to earn some passive income staking it on Bitget for decent returns. Gaimin mentions using this computing power for things like AI development and scientific research – big ambitions for sure, but it makes them stand out. Obviously, it comes down to whether they can execute. If they make it super easy for gamers to monetise their downtime and they land major game partnerships, this project could be a winner. I'm not entirely sold on the token itself just yet, but their technology angle is definitely something to watch. What's your take on this kind of project?
