Root Admin MrD Posted January 24, 2024 Root Admin Posted January 24, 2024 Hello, I'm curious if you folks already started using ChatGPT for real matters like business issues or personal projects, research, etc. I must admit I was playing with it when it was launched and then not using it for several months. Then got a premium account and saw that GPT 4 is so powerful and started using it to generate marketing content, research, writing code for some projects. I wonder what you are using and if it is useful for you. Let me know by posting some examples here
Fisher Tow Posted January 31, 2024 Posted January 31, 2024 Absolutely! I've incorporated ChatGPT into my workflow for both personal and business tasks. From drafting emails to brainstorming ideas for projects, it's become a valuable tool. For instance, recently used it to generate engaging marketing content, and the results were impressive. It's a versatile asset!
godwinda Posted August 13, 2025 Posted August 13, 2025 (edited) I use it for both, actually. For work, it helps a lot with emails and reports, and personally, I’ve even used it for meal planning and budget tweaks. I also started trying humanizerai.com to make some of the AI text sound more like me—it smooths things out when I need stuff to sound more natural for clients or even for my blog posts. doloresgriffin Posted May 14 Posted May 14 (edited) I use ChatGPT for both personal and business tasks. For personal use, it helps with quick research, planning, translations, and learning new things. For work, I mainly use it for brainstorming ideas, improving texts, and saving time on routine writing tasks. I’ve also had a really positive experience with Clever Humanizer https://cleverhumanizer.ai/ when editing AI-generated content. It helps make the text sound more natural and human, which is especially useful for emails, forum posts, articles, and client communication. Edited May 17 by doloresgriffin 1

It’s great for saving time on repetitive stuff while still helping with ideas and research.
Verified Company DoubleImpactPR ✔️ Posted May 21 Verified Company Posted May 21 Business and research. It is extremely useful especially for debugging issues on my websites, what would normally take one forever in the past (one would have to search and try out multiple solutions) can now be fixed and clarified in minutes. But never sharing any personal data, or anything that you wouldn't want to give away into a digital realm, where you have no control over how the info will be used. 1

Indeed, AI (now I use Claude more than ChatGPT) is way better for creating websites, software, and debugging issues. I paste the error, and then, step by step, it does the debugging. Can't remember a software issue I couldn't fix with it. Also, you touch on an important thing..privacy. In the end, AI also trains on the data we input, so we have to be careful. Private LLMs are the answer to that, and They will become more and more used for sure when people and companies realize the importance of privacy and data is one of the most important assets. 1

Automating routine writing and brainstorming can save a lot of time, while using an editing tool afterward helps ensure the tone matches the intended audience. Affiliate2Day Posted yesterday at 01:40 PM Posted yesterday at 01:40 PM Yes, absolutely, because ChatGPT saves time and efforts for daily tasks and projects. The best thing I use AI for is to do research and analysis of sources that I'm not familiar with. It summarizes the information, provides a clear structure of important points and makes it easier for me to make decisions whether I'm going to work with some source or not.
