Kennysplash Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 I've never been much of a sleeper. I consider myself lucky if I'm able to get a 5 hours sleep. Although it does not really affect me during the day, I am still able to concentrate on my activities. But I am worried that I don't get enough sleep. What do you think can help? 1
TGF Premium ⭐ DoubleCycleBiz Posted September 19, 2023 TGF Premium Posted September 19, 2023 I think this is normal. I haven't slept much myself for several years.

Rahul verma Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices such as TVs, computers, and phones from the bedroom. Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime. Don't use tobacco. 1
Fisher Tow Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 Ensuring a good night's sleep involves creating a consistent bedtime routine. I prioritize a calming pre-sleep ritual, limit screen time before bed, and maintain a comfortable sleep environment. Additionally, avoiding caffeine and heavy meals close to bedtime contributes to quality rest. Sweet dreams! 😴✨ 1
Root Admin MrD Posted January 24, 2024 Root Admin Posted January 24, 2024 Fortunately, I do not have sleep issues but these are some really good pieces of advice. Especially no caffeine or electronic devices before sleep!
