Hello friends, I ordered the item below from home depot. I love the light and it looks great, home decorators collection however the matte black powder coat is bubbling (moving away from the metal) on the surrounding frame. Is there a way I can get a new black border? I can provide a receipt and a photo of the product in order to verify that I paid for this product. Calloway 19 in. Home Decorator Collection.
