So if I deposit $200 I will get $250 as deposited money which I can gamble or I will get $200 in balance and when I wager $200x40 = $8000 I will get $50 in my balance?

Let's follow your example:
If you sign up at Coinplay with promocode TGF and make an initial deposit of $200, you will have $200 in balance. If you wager your initial deposit 40 times within 30 days (i.e $200x40 = $8000) , you will receive 125% Welcome bonus, i.e $200x1.25 = $250.
