What time frame is good for trading?

The best structure, as I would like to think, is to utilize the 4h time period and to sit tight for the huge news I utilize a 1M time span. It was the experience I have acquired in my review and practice. How would you think your companions?

The daily timeframe is what I use to identify the probability of the price turning point, and then I mark it with the horizontal line, and I find in the small timeframe where is the fresh supply and demand area that occurred in that place, and ofcourse executing in that price is so simple for us, just forget it, and the market will reward you.

To tell in truth I used UPDATED FXHollandTraderEA MT4 Expert Advisor for a long time where I use 1H time frame. However by using this time frame I am gaining money all the time so you can try it.

Pips school + practice a demo account at any broker , I think it is more appropriate for the newcomers to keep survive in a proper way in this volatile trading place. But unfortunately they not willing to learn and ignore demo account.
