David Meyers Posted January 26, 2025 Posted January 26, 2025 New traders often face losses due to inexperience. They should focus on learning proper trading techniques, minimizing risks, and selecting a reliable broker, as the broker significantly influences trading conditions and overall success. LQDFX- an FCA regulated broker- provides some educational resources for free to traders with other facilities in moderation.
LedgerHopper Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago New traders should focus on learning before taking bigger risks. I think keeping position sizes small, using proper risk management, and choosing a reliable broker are important steps. A broker’s spreads, platform, execution, and withdrawal process can all matter. It’s better to compare these things carefully before deciding which broker suits you.
Zeologic Posted 49 minutes ago Posted 49 minutes ago One way to reduce risk in forex trading is by minimizing position sizes to the smallest allowable lot. At FXOpen, I use a 0.01 lot size for each trade, establishing a reasonable risk tolerance by placing a stop-loss at a specific distance from the nearest support or resistance level. Using the smallest position size provides more room to withstand floating positions.
