Success in the forex market comes from experience, and it requires patience and continuous practice. Most traders treats forex trading as gambling. It is the consistent profits that matter a most. Monthly 3 to 5% return is huge for retail traders where as big company's yearly return is 5 to7 %. Sadly, most traders either ignore this basic truth or don't realize how important it is to have the right mindset for a successful Forex trading. Yoga and meditation help to set mindset and brain in optimal condition. I am trading with Forex4you. I always try to keep my mind clear before trading.

If you think that forex is a ordinary business, I would request please do not come in forex world, because to do this business you have to know lots of things. Due to lack of knowledge most of the traders going to loss. Honestly speaking, from 7 years I am in trading platform, still now I am studying. Whenever I get chance I take guidelines from my broker and it is FreshForex. Whatever, trader should follow world's market place and broker strategy.
