What is Moveo?
To provide a stable exchange basis, we created The Moveo Token - MOVE. This cryptocurrency will be publicly traded on an online exchange and users can always change their tokens from our partners’ into MOVE and back. Users can also exchange their collected tokens into a FIAT currency and get paid to their bank account.

Users can likewise buy MOVE in order to transfer it into their favourite virtual token, thus getting their desired rewards faster. Alternatively, our partners can implement a MOVE payment method into their shop system. Additionally we will implement crypto payments to our LC WEB system. Users will be able to buy goods with MOVE and other cryptocurrencies in these shops.

As users can collect many different virtual tokens, they will be able to change tokens form one of our partners into tokens of another partner via MOVE. Exchange rates will be set in a way that a comparable value is provided.

Token Details

LoyalCrowd plans to issue 100,000,000 (100 Million) tokens in total. 50,000,000 tokens will be issued for sales through different rounds. The remaining 50,000,000 tokens will be used as rewards for fans and advertisers in order to increase engagement rates and usage of our MOVE tokens.

The IEO starts on 08.03.2021 at 1 pm after the private sale until the maximum allocated
amount of 50.000.000 MOVE TOKEN is sold.

Referral Program during IEO (5% cashback in MOVE)
Investors who invest minimum 1.000 USD in our IEO and refer other investors to participate (no matter the sum) will receive 5% cashback of the amount that the investor they recommended has invested. This will be paid out in MOVE to their Wallet after the IEO.

An investor can make multiple referrals during the IEO.

Usage of Funds

Funds collected from the MOVE IEO will be used to grow our advertising network and consequently to
follow our vision of changing the online advertising industry with reward advertising. The allocation of
funds will be split between (1) developing our network of partners, (2) developing our network of advertisers,
