As far as I know, SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer-a cryptographic Protocol that provides a secure connection between the client and the server. This is very important if there is no security personal data can get to the malefactor. To use it, you need to contact a special company that provides similar services such as ssl certificate www.ssls.com I have been using their services for many years.

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, and it is a protocol designed to provide secure communication over a computer network. SSL has been succeeded by Transport Layer Security (TLS), but the terms are often used interchangeably. The primary purpose of SSL/TLS is to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data exchanged between a user's web browser and a website's server. It achieves this by encrypting the data transmitted between the two parties, making it difficult for unauthorized entities to intercept and understand the information.

SSL is standard technology for securing an internet connection by encrypting data sent between a website and a browser (or between two servers). It prevents hackers from seeing or stealing any information transferred, including personal or financial data.

SSL, or Secure Socket Layer, is a crucial security protocol ensuring encrypted communication between a user's browser and a website. It safeguards sensitive data like passwords and credit card details, enhancing online security and trust. In essence, SSL establishes a secure and confidential connection for secure data transmission.
