maspluto Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 Scalping is a short-term trading style, which I personally am not fond of due to its brief nature. That's why I continue to learn and make use of all the facilities provided by Tickmill. This way, I can deepen my understanding and knowledge of forex trading.
Fin_Trader Posted July 12, 2024 Posted July 12, 2024 Yes, scalping trading can be quite profitable. But this requires perseverance, attentiveness and favorable trading conditions from the broker. David Meyers Posted July 16 Posted July 16 Scalping is a short-term trading strategy that can be profitable but carries high risk. It involves frequent trades, which may lead to overtrading and loss of discipline. Many traders fail with scalping due to a lack of skill and patience. It's best suited for experienced traders who have developed strong discipline, quick decision-making, and a solid trading strategy.
uncle gober Posted July 17 Posted July 17 A well-defined trading system provides clarity. I stopped second-guessing my trades when I started using a methodical approach—and Tickmill gave me the tools to build and test it.
Zeologic Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Scalping is quite attractive for some traders to gain short-term profits. I like to choose EURUSD pairs that are suitable for scalping, with high liquidity and tight spreads. However, even in short-term trading, I still use stop-loss and a target with a ratio of at least 1:1.
