I have never seen such helpful and co-operative broker like them in my trading career. I loved their standard account which seemed really straightforward which a broker should really be. Almost every broker responds to their client, better to stay away from those brokers which does not bothers replying their clients.

Customer support is also what I look with broker. Good customer support is for me very important. If they are not easy to reach and they are not responsive, I would not choose such broker, for sure

My trading experience is useless when I trade with HotForex, because HotForex always canceling my open positions, I don't know why but it is true. So I think I need to find another broker that allow me to show my trading experience.

trading experience will indeed be very needed by traders, this is necessary so that traders can be more maximal in staying on a real account and can be more maximal in generating profits in accordance with expectations.
