You don't need an email or something only two pieces of information: Public Key (used to receive payments) and secret key used to login to your account.

In order to active your account you need to send 20 Lumens into it.

my old accounts of my 100str, after when sending 20str to my account is my 120str, wrong

Ok, I think I understood your problem. On Stellar and on Ripple you need 20 XLM (XRP in case of Ripple) to activate the account and also you can't transfer the last 20 XLM (XRP in case of Ripple) from your account.
