How To Verify Someone's Else Transaction ?

As you know ,in this forum and some other forums you can find perfect money transaction info , which are probably a proof that the hyip is paying.but as i said it "probability'.So how can we make sure that the transaction is real and is not fake??? what about BTC transaction ? (how can we verify btc transactions)???
