Guest Lady_8
Well there is the governments site Can-Span act. Though still trying to find valid information to report the buggers. You would think that they would be eager to collect the 10k for the violators.

Andry
@alice Yes off course it can be happen because I don't like to join programs which I don't too much know. Usually I got spam emails from senders who I didn't know at all who is he/she. Usually I will empty the inbox at once.
alice29
well andry, i didn't join those programs so i really wonder how did they get my email address. im just being careful if someone send me a message asking me to activate my account or something like that. i totally ignore it especially on LR.
Andry
@alice Yes, LR won't send you that kind of e-mail. LR support has told us in their site right? I won't open any links from spam email too, it's dangerous.
neng
yes i am also not opening those emails, most especially those link provided it is a big NO NO for me as there is a tendency for us to be hack
Andry
@neng Yes, that's good because if we read the email, we can be fooled by that email. Sometimes, the offering is reallly making sense but it can harm us so we shouldn't open email from unknown people.
pjbabia
@Andry, i have experienced what you said, good thing that i have spydoctor and an updated anti virus which helps me reduce the risk... i becamse aware now that emails are not always good so we better be careful about emails that are sent to us anonymously. Andry
@pjbabia Yes, you're right. It's better to protect our computer with good anti-virus and also we needed anti-spyware too because it's dangerous if we didn't use anti-spyware when we always connected to internet. Andry
@alice Yeah, I think almost all of us who had LR account ever got that kind of email. That was really annoying me, I don't know how did they could get my e-mail address and sent to me.
