Today, market focus is centered on the release of the Eurozone's core Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP). The market anticipates that this inflation indicator will be a key determinant of the ECB's next policy move. If the result exceeds expectations—surpassing the previous period's 0.2%—the Euro could receive a bullish boost, as this would reduce the likelihood of aggressive ECB rate cuts in the near term. Conversely, if the data falls short of expectations, the Euro could face downward pressure.
